Quality assurance manager

Descripción general

· As Manager drive quality improvements in the org such as 1) improving Automation; 2)Improving quality and engineering excellence(outside of testing related activities)
· Build QA mechanisms/processes to prevent recurrence
· Coach and mentor developers on the team for quality practices and hold them accountable to the highest quality standards.
· Define test metrics, lead automation efforts and constantly explore new test automation tools and methods.

Requisitos para aplicar

· Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or equivalent technical field; or equivalent experience
· 5+ years of proven experience as Quality Manager, people manager, QAE, SDET, or SDE
· 5+ years of experience writing, troubleshooting, and debugging code in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java , Scala
· Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with demonstrated experience in a Quality Manager role leading a group of Quality Engineers
· Communication and leadership skills to mentor , coach and build a quality of culture in the team
