WORKING SHIFT
Monday to Friday 8:00 to 17:00 hrs (must have schedule availability).

QUALIFICATIONS
• Entitled of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• At least 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, desirable for financial & communication companies.
• Indispensable managing Fluent English in Advanced or Bilingual Level (position request contact with foreign personnel not only writing, but speaking too).
NECESSARY REQUERIMENTS
• Highly experienced in establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
• Advanced skills to carry on all recruitment process, since first contact to hiring.
• Expertise in handle tools for recruitment: databases, web portals, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and employee referrals.
• Knowledge of recruitment systems (TALEO or any other based on Oracle)
• Handle tools as Linked In, Facebook/socialnetworks for recruitment 2.0, Job Sites and others)
