Regional engineering & projects manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Engineering and Projects Manager to lead capital investment initiatives across multiple manufacturing plants. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from scope definition through execution and commissioning—ensuring alignment with safety, cost, schedule, and functionality objectives. Additionally, the position collaborates with senior leadership on strategic investment planning and long-term capability development across the region.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
10+ years of experience in project management, construction, or engineering in industrial facilities.
Strong background in project design and execution processes.
Preferred certifications: CAPM, PMP, or PgMP.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project), and SAP.
Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
Knowledge of engineering principles, safety regulations, budgeting, and environmental compliance.
