*Purpose:

The Renewals Team Manager will manage a team of Renewals Account Executives who are responsible for calling on an assigned portfolio of EDQ North America customers and closing license renewal deals. Management of the team will include measuring the performance of Account Executives against retention targets, ensuring all client interactions are handled in an efficient and quality focused manner, and providing coaching and feedback to improve team performance.

*Essential Functions:

--Manage the performance of team against revenue targets
--Be operationally efficient with forecasting, account planning, working the renewal process, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
--Provide coaching and constructive feedback to improve performance and enable your team to achieve all established goals
--Work with EDQ senior management to continually improve processes
--Understand and maintain key knowledge related to EDQ products and how to leverage appropriately to provide customer value
--Conduct regularly scheduled team and one-on-one meetings with your direct reports to address issues, provide updates regarding performance, and give direction regarding company and department policies and procedures
--Document all strategies and activities, as well as keep pipeline and opportunity value, documents up to date in our sales management system.
--Evaluate and provide mid-year and end of year performance reviews for direct reports
--Assist in implementing training plans for direct reports and identify areas for development
--Proactive, independent, brings new ideas to the company.
--Demonstrates honesty and integrity: ethical; earns trust and maintains confidences; does what is right, not just what is politically expedient;
--Is persistent: demonstrates tenacity and willingness to go the distance to get something done.
--Adhere to all established Experian Data Quality (EDQ) policies and guidelines

Requisitos para aplicar

**Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
--Demonstrated success in a leadership role, Business Development, Sales, Sales Operations, Client Support and Service.
--Proven track record to leverage analytics to forecast and manage pipelines, and to leverage sales tools assessment, deployment, and oversight.
--Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
--Be an expert in our pitch and be able to train others to become experts in our pitch
--Actively engage in deal management on a daily basis to help with all aspects of the renewal sales cycle from building pipeline to closing deals
--Understand and possess skills and have a history of motivating high-performing, talented individual contributors.
--Strong time management and organizational skills
--Ability to work as a member of a team and cross-functionally


**Training & Experience:

--Bachelor’s Degree or other relevant combination of training and experience preferred
--5+ years of experience in sales
--Previous management experience required
--Previous customer facing experience in a B2B environment required
--Previous sales management experience strongly preferred
