We’re seeking an Associate, Digital Review Team Analyst based in our Santa Ana, Costa Rica office. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing digital transactions to identify high risk potential fraud and/or scam. You will contact and communicate with consumers as needed, servicing inquiries about transactions on hold received over the phone, e-mail, or directly using back-office applications to authorize (or cancel) transactions withheld by resolving complex problems independently and making decisions, and you will communicate these decisions to customers. The main purpose of the function is to protect WU customers from financial loss. Sound interesting? Here are some specifics:

-Analyze digital transactions from a real-time queue (offline) or from inquiries received over the phone (online/inbound)
-perform outbound phone calls as needed, and other tasks (as assigned)
-Review and analyze digital transactions activity to evaluate potential fraud following company policy Resolves

Requisitos para aplicar

1) 1+ Year of Customer Service Experience
2) B2+ Level of English
3) MS office Experience
4) Fraud Operations experience a plus
5) Excellent attention to detail
