•Manage all aspects of Salesforce release management, including planning, scheduling, coordination, risk management, and deployment of new features and updates.
•Monitor the Salesforce system performance, conduct routine audits, and provide recommendations for process improvements
•Ensure compliance with data security policies and maintain the integrity of the Salesforce data.
•Manage sandbox environments, ensuring they are properly refreshed and aligned with production for testing and development purposes.

Technical Skills:
• Proven track record of managing complex Salesforce implementations and releases.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, platform limitations, and technical constraints.


Job Description
• Experience with Salesforce tools such as Change Sets, Salesforce DX, Ant Migration Tool, Copado, or other deployment tools.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications:
• Salesforce certifications such as Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder are highly desirable.

Skills, Specialized Knowledge (Desired):

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish release schedules, milestones, and ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines.

• Enforce best practices in release management, including version control, change management, and deployment methodologies.
• Facilitate continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Document and maintain operational procedures, release notes, and configuration changes.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and evaluate new features to determine their applicability and impact on the organization.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce operations, administration, or development, with a strong focus on release management.
