Job Purpose:
? The Bonus Senior Analyst Latin America collaborates in the implementation execution and completion of the Bonus activities ensuring consistency with department objectives, company commitments and goals.
? Support the supervisor with the Month End close.
? Assure the daily and monthly tasks for the affiliates assigned in LA accomplishing with SLA/OLA
? Process activities assigned on a monthly basis, accordingly with the Monthly Schedule for Latin America
? Maintain the integrity of the bonus system (RMS) by ensuring the compliance of the information with the different policies and procedures
? Maintain close communication with the affiliates and departments related with bonus processes
? Deliver JE & Reconciliation accomplishing with SLA/OLA

Primary Responsibilities:

•Execution of Bonus Journal Entries & Reconciliations:
? Ensures all payments to distributors are record in the system but also are transaction related to Bonus processes.
? Perform Journal Entries
? Perform Monthly Reconciliation.
? Standardize Accounting process.

•Execution of Bonus activities:
? Ensures all payments to distributors are accurate and paid on schedule; this includes timely stop-payments and bonus reissues.
? Performs the invoicing processes on time and accurate for the Affiliates assigned.
? Ensures all the adjustment and rework requests are processed on time and accurate according with SLAs and Bonus policies and procedures.
? Ensures all the journal entries related with this bonus processes are send to R2R department on schedule.
? Preforms the bonus balancing, monitoring differences and present the information on time.
? Preforms the accrual calculation process, monitoring differences and send the JE on schedule and accurate, and reconciling accounts assigned.
? Assures all the requests received form Affiliates are resolved on time.
? Be able to explain and resolve cases related to Bonus calculations.
? Calculate monthly

Bachelor Business Administration, Finance, Accounting

Experience in similar position: +3 years


Required Knowledge & Skills and/or Related Experience:

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) advance
• Experience in financial analysis
• Shared Services experience

• RMS application (AS400)
• CODA application (AS400)
• DMS and OMS applications (AS400)
• Adjustments & Reworks Policies
• Knowledge of the Amway Sales Plan
• Resolving Conflict with Communication Skills.
