Senior Product Owner

This is a permanent, hybrid position, located in AFZ, La Aurora, Heredia. Administrative schedule from Mondays through Thursdays from 7am to 5pm, Fridays from 7am to 3pm.

-About the position-
As Product Owner for Enterprise Product Hub, you will act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. You will be accountable for maximizing the value delivered by the product by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and guiding the Product Team through regular, incremental releases.

In addition, you will provide matrix leadership across a group of resources supporting the product, coordinating day-to-day activities and aligning contributions to backlog priorities and product goals. You will work closely with functional managers to ensure resources are effectively utilized and focused on delivering maximum value.

-Requirements-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in project or product delivery roles.
At least 3 years’ experience working within a Product Team using Agile and Lean methodologies.
Skills: Experience with the SAP Snowflake data warehouse platform is advantageous.
