• Lead the SEO and CRO strategy including:: brand websites, analytics, online advertising, SEO, content, and mobile user experience
• Implement the digital strategy through clear processes, prioritization and communications among all key players
• Optimizing landing pages for search engine optimization for page views
• Optimizing copy and CTA for conversion
• Optimizing the UI/UX for lead generation and conversion
• Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
• Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
• Working with colleagues to ensure SEO best practices are properly implements on newly developed code and pages.
• Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming based on targeted audiences and various channels.
• Implement adequate reporting tools required to complete your objectives and clearly report that data to management with recommendations.
• Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns (this is a goal for 2021)
• Challenge the status quo- in terms of SEO (practices and resources), other areas of marketing and any area you feel change can lead the company to greater success
• Engage in continuously learning new marketing and technical skills, be knowledgeable and stay up to date of industry trends and update. Train and educate others where possible.
• Proactively seek ways to get customer and internal feedback on digital marketing performance and opportunities
• Report: Weekly on tactical objectives, monthly on strategic objectives for performance on KPI's and projects with analytical insights for short and long term improvements to report to management.

• Prior experience in content marketing, content growth and SEO
• Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices
• Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Ability to work within a team and independently
• Experience with website optimization tools
• Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
