Summary of Job responsibilities
• To ensure that requests for Centralized Account Management (CAM) assistance are accurately logged, assigned and responded to in a timely manner, according to agreed standards and procedures ensuring that the services offered are carried out within the agreed Service Levels. Responds to user requests for assistance by providing information to enable callers to solve their problems. Is able to plan, schedule and monitor own work within a limited time horizon.
Key capabilities:
• Technical degree or currently studying Computer Science or System Engineering
• Advanced command of English, both spoken and written
• Customer-focused
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to learn many new procedures/processes and apply them in very short period of time
• Ability to train new team members
• Willingness to manage flexible working schedules
• Intermediate administration skills – MS Active Directory
• Knowledge of MS Exchange environment + Outlook client setup (advantage)
• Knowledge of Operations Center processes and working practices, in particular DC Operations, Help Desk, and Change Mgmt.(advantage)
• Desirable basic knowledge of HP UX system and AS400/Mainframe systems
