Job Description
The Salesforce Developer develops, configures, codes, tests, and debugs complex new software, enhancements to existing proprietary software or purchased software packages. In conjunction with functional users and IT Business Systems personnel, the Salesforce Developer assists with the design and documentation of the Company’s application software environment, and is responsible for contributing to application development projects of medium to high complexity.
Technical Skills
• Minimum 2 year development experience with Force.com, APEX or Visualforce
• Knowledge and exposure of HTML/CSS, Java Script and common standards and practices
• Prior OO programming in Java, Ruby or .Net preferred
• *****.*** platform experience
• Web Development (Object Oriented PHP required, VBScript/ASP or .NET a plus)
• **********.*** development experience
• SQL, Table design and optimization (MySQL and/or MSSQL required, NOSql solution a plus)
• Experience in front end development practices (Bootstrap experience a plus)
• AJAX experience (through jQuery or other front end frameworks)
Professional Skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral - in English and Spanish) and interpersonal skills
• Must display professionalism and confidence
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
Important:
The candidates have to be Costa Rican or if is foreign will need the papers to work in the country and also must live in Costa Rica, because the position is only for Costa Rica office.
