Descripción general

Carry out the processes of selection, hiring, induction of both permanent and temporary positions.
• Select the appropriate personnel to cover vacancies through internal calls or external recruitment, facilitating the availability of people with the required profile to meet the objectives of the areas and the organization.
• Manage the recruitment of company practitioners. Maintain internship and internship programs with public and private, technical and / or technological education institutions to meet personnel needs for defined periods that meet the skills and knowledge required by the position.
• Maintain updated the database of candidates and suppliers who meet the necessary requirements, to ensure that vacancies are filled in the shortest possible time and with personnel according to the needs of the position, department and the company.
• Coordinate the Induction activity for the employees who join the organization, through a team of facilitators made up of representatives from different areas. Ensure the quality of the induction process and propose and implement improvements when required.
• Attend internal and external clients, providing them with the information they need to meet their needs in a satisfactory manner.

• Conduct interviews in person and / or by phone with candidates
• Manage appropriate company evaluations
• Perform references and background checks
• Coordination interviews with the supervisor of recruitment processes
• Monitoring the status of the interview process
• Maintain relationships with internal and external clients to ensure that staff goals are achieved
• Communicate information and benefits of the employer during the selection process
• Keep up to date on the structure of the company's organization, personnel policy and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
• Complete timely reports on work activity
• Assistance to the HR department, depending on bz needs

Education

Basic Education
University Degree: University Baccalaureate in Business Administration, Human Resources or related career.

Languages required to perform the position:

Experience
Minimum 2 Experience years as a professional in the field and in positions of similar nature
Experience in the Medical Industry is desired.
