This person will be responsible for the following duties:
• Review and update Cisco technology information and course materials to be provided to Cisco customers
• Review and correct Updated course materials on new Cisco products to support learning
• To create, customize and upgrade material
• Correct and/or modify training materials for products; Provide technical support to other team members and learning partners regarding technical materials
• Manage own personal development and keep certifications updated.
• Review process plans, task analysis and provide feedback for process improvements
• Work closely with various organizations across and beyond Learning@Cisco – including Content Strategy Managers, Product Management, and engineering to build cross- functional relationships with Business Units/Technology Groups/Channels/Sales /CMO/CDO and external CLSP/CLPs. Participate in cross-functional technology summit meetings; SEVT Meetings; stay current on all assigned technologies and associated product roadmaps.
• Review, update and support Author Query/Check of Edits and other QA activities.
• Participate in project close, post-mortem, and final cost, controls, and metrics reporting.
• Author, review and update/scrub new product introduction training materials to ensure appropriate Customer focus and information
• Work closely with third-party training partners and vendors to complete customer ready materials
• Demonstrate proven language expertise and extensive knowledge
• Ability to utilize internal and external training resources to meet delivery needs.
• Able to manage multiple project timelines and deliverables.
• Refer to the NMTL for all terms (even if you think you already know it, Cisco might handle it differently)

Requisitos para aplicar

University studies (complete or in progress) in ESL or English Teaching
Must have excellent written and spoken English
Proficient in Microsoft Word (including Track changes, commenting, and so on)
Proficient in Microsoft Power Point (including commenting)
Able to use FTP to upload and download documents
