Job Description:

This role focuses on resolving incidents reported by customers using applications developed on the OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC), ensuring the operational continuity, stability, and availability of the various services within the ODC platform. The position requires analyzing, diagnosing, and coordinating the resolution of functional, technical, and integration issues affecting production, development, and QA environments, while maintaining constant communication with customers, internal development teams, colleagues, and other stakeholders.


Key responsibilities include incident management and, to a lesser extent, resolving technical inquiries or operational requests. 
The role involves application monitoring and—primarily—investigating user-reported errors; this entails analyzing logs, metrics, networking data, and more to identify root causes and inform customers of the solution or next steps.


Advanced English proficiency is essential, as communicating with customers, colleagues, and team members located around the world will be a routine part of the job. 
Customer communication regarding support cases will generally be written, though calls may be required in urgent situations; therefore, strong customer service and orientation skills are necessary.
