Descripción general

The Global Workforce Supplier Payments Specialist manages data analysis with respect to programs, processes and costs. Will help support customer escalations on Global Workforce Mobility related process & system, will also support audits & reconciliation of payments, investigating any incongruence in payments/charges for relocation/immigration/taxes, connecting to Accounts Payable, Finance, Procurement and other key stakeholders to create synergy. Participates in projects identified in the GWM roadmap including: transitions to or within the HR Global Shared Services Center, M&As, new payment systems or process improvements. Involved in controls and compliance work and quality improvements.Support team on GWM/AP global billing requirements and local tax regulations. Support global ops project implementation in line with global strategy and roadmap. Experience handling global suppliers RFP experience is a plus. Develops, document and maintains BPM DTPs in line with Operational delivery and ensures alignment to standards. Process mapping Supports BCP requirements and drills.

Education: Bachelor degree studies in business administration, finance, human resources, Industrial Engineer or a related field. Lean Six Sigma/PM is a plus.
