Descripción general

Contributions & Responsibilities:

1. Own and lead overall tester all the transfer process, from initial concept through delivery into manufacturing.

2. Act as a bridge between a corporate tool and testing and plant tooling support.

3. Coordinate resources, communicate, and deliver test solution on time.

4. Develop local tooling suppliers to become effective partners with Lutron

5. Work with design engineering product teams to understand their product test specifications, have a working knowledge of tool design.

6. Review meetings explaining how the tester will work and obtain approval to move forward with fabrication and software efforts.

7. Perform detailed analysis of electrical design (analog and/or digital) on new test equipment and write tester software.

8. Provide design recommendations to other T&T personnel.

9. Serve as a local Team reviewer to evaluate tester designs as part of tester design process. 10. Qualify and document test equipment. Provide training to receiving facilities and ensure smooth transition to Equipment Support.

11. Evaluate industry test equipment technologies, and develop the best fit solutions for Lutron.

12. Participate in safety training and perform safety signoffs with corporate approval

13. Troubleshoot problems on the floor and drive resolution

Requisitos para aplicar

1. BS On Electronic, Electrical, Electromechanical or Mechatronic Engineering with 3+ years.

2. Perform detailed analysis of electrical circuit design (analog and/or digital) on new test equipment and write tester software.

3. English proficiency B1 or plus.

4. Experience in designing manufacturing and troubleshooting and of electromechanical equipment.

5. Prefered experience of automated assembly processes related within electronic Industry.

6. Programming experience in C, C++, and/or C# is a plus.

7. Project Management experience is a plus.

8. Experience working on multinational companies 9. Willingess to travel up to 10% of the time.
