Treasury assistant

Responsibilities and associated duties:
1. Oversee daily cash management activities, including bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow.
2. Process wire transfers, ACH payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
3. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and analyses.
4. Maintain meticulous records and documentation of all treasury activities.
5. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
6. Support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and procedures.
7. Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
8. Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
9. Participate in special projects and assignments as needed.

Knowledge and skill requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• English written and spoken (B2+)
• Proven experience in a treasury or accounting role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills highly preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
