Network Voice Deep Technical Support Engineer applies specialist level as responsible for defining and documenting architecture, capturing and documenting non-functional (architectural) requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership to project team to perform design to deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent and resolve technical issues.

Support mixed infrastructure environment: Cisco CUCM 8.x/9.x/10.x Servers and virtualization environment.

Focus on process improvement, operational excellence, design/architecture, R&D, standardization, project budgetary/TCO analysis, etc.

Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity Connection.

Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX).

SIP Trunking between the CISCO and other PBX's.

PRI Troubleshooting.

Have a working knowledge of network infrastructure components that support the Unified communications solution, with Cisco on voice gateways, such as the following:

Cisco Catalyst PoE Switches (3750 and 4006 Series).

Cisco Integrated Services Routers (2800/2900 and 3800/3900 Series).

Cisco VG200 Series Analog Gateways.

Cisco CUBE and SIP networking.

Billing and CDR management systems.

Responsible for creating daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for various voice support teams and in support of the P&G Voice client using SSRS and Mictrosoft Office suite.

Requisitos para aplicar

· Graduate in any discipline.

· 3-5 Years of Experience on the IT Field.

· AVAYA or CISCO Voice Certification

· ITIL V3 Certified

· 2 years of experience Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a part of a team.

· Ability to work effectively as a member of team and establish and maintain cooperative working. Relationships with diverse groups of faculty, staff, students and the public
