Snap Finance is seeking awesome , full-time Written Communications Specialist for the Written Team! We are looking to add individuals to this newly formed team.
The primary responsibilities of this position requieres effective and proficient written communication to our customers and their inquiries on their accounts, through all relevant channels including but not limited to : EMAIL , Letter Click-2-Chat ,Text, etc.




Job Responsibilities Include, but not limited to, the following :



- Primarily Answering questions for our customers though any and all written communication channels.
-Listening to our customer needs and resolving any issues they may have
-Being a 21st Century shopkeeper (We'll explain this on the interview)
-Other duties as assigned by the department manager

-Managing multiple tasks at one time in a fast paced environment
-Experience in similar Roles.
-Ability to communicate information in a simple and succinct manner through written means
-Understanding of proper grammar , spelling and syntax
-Must be ale to complete simple math equations(add, subtract, multiply and divide using fractions, decimals or whole numbers)
