The Role We are seeking a self-starting, results-driven Project Manager to act as the quarterback of our client's operations team. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with clients, installation partners, Operations, Sales, and Client Success to deliver connected hardware deployments on time, on budget, and at the highest quality. You will be the central point of accountability and communication — ensuring every stakeholder is aligned, every task is tracked, and every project closes successfully.

Requisitos: Must haves: English: Strong verbal and written english communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience). 2-3 years managing complex field deployments, installations, or IoT/smart building projects. Prior experience working for or with American companies and clients; comfortable communicating directly with U.S.-based stakeholders. Advanced user of project management tools (Notion, Asana, Jira, or MS Project). Demonstrated ability to build structured project plans, manage dependencies, and enforce accountability across cross-functional teams. Strong communicator with U.S.-based clients and internal stakeholders. Relentless self-starter with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to standard. Calm under pressure, detail-focused, and disciplined in execution. Nice To Have Formal training in project management best practices; PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred. Proven experience working in fast-paced startup environments where urgency, adaptability, and ownership are essential. Experience in fieldwork and an understanding of metering infrastructure are desirable Strong background in utility metering systems (electric, water, gas) is highly preferred
