Descripción Are you a creative marketer who loves bringing brand stories to life through design and copy? We’re looking for a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong graphic design background to manage day-to-day marketing execution across multiple brands. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between a strategic idea and a beautiful, live campaign. You’ll own content plans, manage website updates, and produce high-quality on-brand assets—primarily using Canva—to keep our marketing engine moving fast. If you are highly organized, have a sharp eye for design, and can write compelling English copy, this is the place for you! What You’ll Do: • Execute Content Plans: Build and launch monthly content schedules for social media, blogs, and websites. • Produce Creative Assets: Design high-quality digital graphics, one-pagers, and ad creatives in Canva, maintaining strict consistency across multiple brand kits. • Manage Email & Web: Draft email campaigns, coordinate sends, and update WordPress pages with optimized images and content. • Write Performance Copy: Craft engaging hooks, CTAs, and value props in English for social posts and landing pages. • Quality Assurance: Perform creative QA to ensure perfect alignment, typography, and brand compliance before any asset goes live. • Leverage AI Tools: Use AI to speed up research, drafting, and creative iteration while maintaining top-tier quality. What We’re Looking For: • Experience: 2–4 years in digital marketing execution (agency or in-house). • Design Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Canva with a portfolio that demonstrates solid layout, typography, and hierarchy skills. • English Fluency: Strong copywriting skills (C1/C2) to write daily for U.S.-based audiences. • Technical Basics: Experience publishing in WordPress and navigating email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). • Values: High attention to detail, reliability in meeting deadlines, and a proactive "problem-solver" mindset.
