Must have:
Experience providing AMS (Application Management Services) support in SAP environments.
Fluent English communication skills (90–100%), with strong service orientation and problem-solving mindset.
Knowledge of purchasing processes, including workflow setup, execution, and support.
Experience supporting Warehouse Management (WM) processes, including warehouse and bin creation.
Familiarity with ITS Mobile for SAP mobile transactions and device integration.
Ability to provide functional support, including incident resolution and minor enhancements.
Skilled in conducting meetings with users, clients, and internal teams to gather requirements and provide updates.
Proficiency in documenting support activities, functional changes, and user guides.
Nice to have:
Experience in SAP MM/WM configuration and troubleshooting.
Exposure to SAP Fiori or other UI tools for mobile and desktop interfaces.
Familiarity with ticketing tools and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
Ability to support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

Responsibilities
The AMS Support Consultant will troubleshoot, implement, and support SAP processes related to purchasing, warehouse management, and ITS Mobile.
Identify root causes of functional issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime and improve user experience.
Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver minor enhancements.
Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams to align on priorities and communicate progress.
Document support activities, functional specifications, and user-facing materials.
Provide post-implementation support and contribute to ongoing system stability and performance.
