• 7+ years of extensive experience with AS400/Mainframe systems
• Expert-level knowledge of RPG (including free-form RPG), CL, DB2, and other AS400/Mainframe technologies
• Proven experience with IBMi operating system and administration
• Advanced SQL and database optimization skills
• Experience with performance tuning and system optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience leading technical projects or development teams
• Strong AS400 RPGLE/SQL DB2 experience, including working with and consuming web APIs
• A methodical and analytical approach to complex problem-solving
• Proven troubleshooting skills, especially in identifying and resolving performance issues and bottlenecks
• The ability to apply their knowledge to design scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions
