Job Title: Cloud Delivery Engineer – LATAM
Location: Bogotá, Colombia (On-site)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Cloud Delivery Engineer to join our LATAM operations.
This role involves the delivery, deployment, support, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure platforms, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Infrastructure Deployment & Delivery
- Develop and deliver Low-Level Designs (LLDs) for cloud platforms.
- Coordinate with on-site hardware engineers for racking, wiring, power-up, and physical installation of IT equipment.
- Collaborate with remote headquarters teams to configure servers, switches, and firewalls, execute deployment tools, and ensure successful build-out and customer acceptance.

2. Platform Management & Troubleshooting
- Lead cloud platform upgrades and resolve incidents across various layers: compute, management, networking, storage (block/object), and container-based microservices.
- Perform root-cause analysis and ensure high availability and performance of the infrastructure.

3. Enablement & Operational Support
- Provide enablement and training support to customers and partners.
- Deliver ongoing operational and technical support post-deployment.
- Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of the deployed platforms.

Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; equivalent experience also considered.

Technical Skills
- Strong command of Linux OS and scripting (Shell, Python).
- Solid IT foundation across operating systems, networks, databases, server hardware, and web containers.
- Working knowledge of KVM virtualization and OpenStack architecture.
- Proficiency in OpenStack tools: Nova, Glance, Neutron.
- Familiarity with network technologies: TCP/IP, dynamic routing, VPNs, SDN concepts.
- Experience in distributed storage systems; hands-on with the block and object storage is a plus.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools: Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, K8s monitoring tools.

- Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proven leadership and team collaboration capabilities.
- Ability to manage technical teams and projects independently.
