Requirements
Must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development
Highly proficient in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Familiarity with Storybook for UI component development
Experience with Ant Design and its implementation in projects
Strong understanding of modern web development practices and tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven ability to mentor junior team members and perform code reviews
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain complex web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Utilize Storybook for building and documenting UI components
Ensure consistency and adherence to design principles by leveraging Ant Design
Work independently to deliver high-quality code and meet project deadlines
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
Engage in pair programming sessions to share knowledge and improve code quality
Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and backend developers to create seamless and performant user interfaces
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation
