We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to lead talent management and personnel administration processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and current labor regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection strategies.
Manage hiring processes and conduct proactive talent searches.
Oversee onboarding processes for new employees.
Report and review payroll changes.
Manage the payment of additional benefits and social security contributions.
Address and resolve HR-related employee inquiries.
Prepare and update HR legal documentation.
Maintain employee and former employee records.
Identify and correct potential legal or compliance issues.
Select and negotiate with HR service providers.
Manage visas and expatriate hiring, ensuring compliance with immigration requirements.
Evaluate probationary periods and monitor performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with SENA training quotas.
