Requirements
Must have:
Minimum 6 years of experience in systems administration and infrastructure support
Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2012–2022), Linux, and VMware
Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Meraki / Checkpoint firewalls and Cisco switches
Hands-on experience migrating Windows Servers from 2012 to 2022 and rebuilding servers with associated applications
Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking and security
Working knowledge of protocols such as NFS, SMTP, HTTP, HA/Clustering, and network routing/debugging
Familiarity with SAN/storage platforms and backup solutions
Ability to develop and maintain SOPs and system administration procedures
Experience providing Tier 3 operational support for servers, networks, storage, and directory services
Nice to have:
Knowledge of database systems and performance optimization
Experience partnering with Infrastructure and Service Desk teams for cross-functional initiatives
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Meraki / Checkpoint firewalls and Cisco switches
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and Linux server operating systems and product software
Migrate Windows Servers (2012–2022) and rebuild servers to modernize OS and apply configurations
Implement and document system administration procedures for operations and end users
Provide Tier 3 operational support for servers, networks, storage, and directory services
Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure up-to-date knowledge base
Collaborate with infrastructure and service desk teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Required Languages
English: Fluent Advanced (96–100%)
