Moreover, they foster a perpetual feedback loop, gathering insights from users and stakeholders to fine-tune product configuration. Central to their mission is collaboration across multifaceted teams, spanning data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions.

Responsibility

Gather, assess, specify, and execute the business requirements of clients leveraging
Generate functional specifications, requirements documentation, stories, and test specifications.
Develop scripts (python/Node js) to automate project configurations.
Develop flows using Uniphore products.
Work with Product API’s to retrieve data and analyze data.
Work on front end code development to enhance the UI experience .
Engage in call listening, transcript analysis, and contextual comprehension to define and
configure analytics categories that cater to various business use cases.
Develop and test dashboards according to the requirements of diverse stakeholders
within the customer organization.
Continuously refine the solution by tuning or adding keywords, phrases, business rules,
and enhancing analytics models iteratively.
Analyze the output generated and offer recommendations on observed insights.
Model Evaluation Metrics - A good understanding of the AI model, accuracy calculations
Cultivate a positive environment conducive to team innovation and growth.
Desired Experience

4 to 5 years of experience in the field.
A bacherlo's degree in computer science, Data science, any Engineering
Familiarity with AI concepts (Generative AI in specific, prompt engineering) and their practical applications.
Understanding of API (application programming interfaces) endpoints and their integrations. Expertise using any API clients and development tools like postman.
Programming Languages - Expertise in JavaScript, Node JS, J Query or Python Expertise in HTML, CSS
Expertise in working with Google Looker and Datadog.
