Requirements:
SAP Materials Management consultant with extensive practical experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Materials Management solutions across diverse industries.
Expert in comprehensive purchasing processes, inventory management, supplier evaluation, and integration with other SAP modules such as SD, PP, and FI.
Proven experience leading full-cycle SAP implementations, upgrades, and support projects, delivering scalable and efficient supply chain solutions aligned with business objectives.
Expert in requirements gathering, drawing, customizing Materials Management components, user training, and post-goal support.
Adept at working with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and translating complex business needs into effective SAP solutions.
Committed to continuous improvement, process automation, and leveraging SAP best practices to optimize operational efficiency and cost savings.

Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand procurement and inventory needs.
System Configuration Configure SAP MM modules including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Valuation, and Invoice Verification.
Integration Management Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules like SD, PP, WM, and FI.
Master Data Management Create and maintain material master, vendor master, purchasing info records, and source lists.
Process Design & Optimization Design efficient procurement and inventory processes aligned with industry best practices.
Project Execution & Support
End-to-End Implementation Lead or support full-cycle SAP MM implementations including blueprinting, realization, testing, and go-live.
Testing & Validation Develop test scripts, conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT.
User Training & Documentation Prepare training materials and conduct workshops for key users and end-users.
Post-Go-Live Support Provide hypercare support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
Monitoring & Reporting.
Custom Reports & Analytics Develop and maintain reports for procurement performance, inventory levels, and vendor compliance.
Usage Monitoring Track usage of custom programs and transactions to ensure compliance and performance.
Strategic & Advisory Role
Process Improvement Initiatives Identify gaps and recommend enhancements to streamline operations.
Stakeholder Engagement Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to align SAP capabilities with business goals.
Compliance & Audit Support Ensure procurement processes meet internal and external audit requirements.
