Las responsabilidades asignadas para el puesto serán:
Asistir a nuestra base de clientes a través de Chat en Vivo, teléfono y correo electrónico.
Asistir a nuestros clientes con una amplia variedad de consultas sobre cuentas, incluyendo pagos, inicio de sesión y consultas sobre apuestas.
Desde tu primer día en la empresa, recibirás capacitación sobre todos los aspectos del rol, incluyendo deportes y apuestas, para que estés preparado para cumplir con las funciones y puedas desarrollarte en la operación como parte de un plan de carrera.
Condiciones:
Horario rotativo: trabajarás 5 días de 7 en la semana entre las 07:00 y las 00:00, incluyendo fines de semana y festivos, en nuestras oficinas en Bogotá. Se requiere disponibilidad de tiempo si es necesario.
Salario competitivo.
Trabajo de 40 horas a la semana (5 días).

You will provide support to the Business and work closely with other teams within IT Services and Infrastructure to ensure all services are delivered within set targets and to agreed standards. Your primary focus will be to support the Colombia Business function alongside providing support where required to external offices.
