    Job Description

    A Customer Account Advisor within Customer Verification who will play a key part in the verification process of our global customer base.

    We are looking for bright, inquisitive and enthusiastic individuals to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will play a key role in reviewing customer registration details and verifying documents in line with Company processes.

    The position is offered on a full time basis and will require a flexible approach to working hours; working any five days from seven, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

    The position is to work on site in Bogota.


    Qualifications

    Experience working in back office, banking or a contact centre is desirable.
    Intermediate English skills.
    Analytical Skills.
    Excellent attention to detail.
    Ability to learn new tasks.
    Enthusiastic, proactive, team player and problem solver.
    Ability to work to high standards when under pressure.

    Job Description

    The responsibilities assigned for the position will be:

    Assist our customers base via Live Chat, phone and email.
    Assist our customers with a wide variety of account inquiries, including payments, login and betting inquiries.
    From your first day with the company, you will receive training on all aspects of the role, including sports and betting so that you are ready in fulfilling the duties and can develop in the operation as a career plan.

    Conditions:

    Rotating schedule including weekends and holidays, in our offices in Bogota. Time availability is required if necessary.
    Competitive salary.
    Work 40 hours per week (5 days).
    Transportation allowance.
