We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Acquisition Specialist to focus on acquiring new Small and Medium Business (SMB)
Experience:
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition, preferably in digital advertising or technology sales.
• Strong consultative selling and prospecting skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable working with CRM and sales automation tools.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Preferred:

• Experience working in or with Microsoft Advertising or similar platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Knowledge of SMB market dynamics and challenges.
• Previous experience in a delivery partner or agency environment.

Conditions:

• Salary: $5.400.000 with bonus up to 15%
• Hiring Bonus
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 7 am to 6 pm
