As a Junior Business Analyst, apply your introductory skills in analysis to assist in evaluating business processes, gathering requirements, and delivering data-driven recommendations. This role involves contributing to project teams, enhancing your capabilities in analytics, and understanding the impact of business decisions.

What you will do

- Conduct thorough business process analysis to understand and document current practices and needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements.
- Perform basic data analysis to support business decisions and process improvements.
- Assist in developing and maintaining business documentation, including process maps and requirement specifications.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to team members and management.
- Support the implementation of business solutions by working closely with technical teams.
What we are looking for

- 1+ year of experience in business analysis.
- Good understanding of business requirements gathering and analysis.
- Experience with basic data analysis tools and techniques.
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced level of English.
