The People Business Partner will oversee a portfolio of multiple clients spanning a vast territory while keeping the satisfaction levels high and stable. This role is expected to schedule meetings and maintain a high level of connection with people while identifying potential attrition risks promptly within their portfolio, so concrete actions can be taken to address and mitigate each risk.     - Schedule and conduct 1:1 meetings with Software Engineers to validate their level of satisfaction with their projects and stakeholders.
