Senior Tech Lead (Machine Learning + LLM) at BairesDev

We are looking for an experienced Senior Tech Lead specializing in Machine Learning & Large Language Models (LLM). In this role, you will provide technical leadership, guide a team of developers, and architect innovative AI solutions that deliver value to our clients.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead a team of machine learning and LLM developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Design, develop, and optimize complex machine learning models and LLM solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI strategies with business goals.
- Oversee data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to assess their needs and provide expert guidance.
What we are looking for:

- 7+ years of experience in machine learning and AI development, with expertise in LLMs.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies for effective project delivery and team collaboration.
- In-depth knowledge of design patterns and scalable AI architectures.
- Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge and experience with application security best practices.
- Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale ML solutions.
- Strong expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
- Skilled in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline management, and leading client engagements.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in team management, risk assessment, and decision-making.
- Advanced level of English.
