    Estamos buscando un Reporting Expert ENG para unirse a nuestro increíble equipo. Serás el responsable de actuar como un vínculo estratégico entre Teleperformance y las soluciones de datos, transformando los procesos de Business Intelligence en una gestión de informes efectiva que impulse la toma de decisiones.     Responsabilidades clave:
    Gestión de Datos: Liderar procesos de BI y analítica descriptiva para generar insights en tiempo real y responder qué ocurre en el negocio.
    Excelencia en Reporting: Garantizar la puntualidad, precisión y calidad de todos los entregables analíticos y reportes comparativos.
    Estándares de Calidad: Diseñar y supervisar dashboards que reflejen métricas clave, asegurando altos estándares en el registro y visualización de datos.
    Gestión Técnica: Administrar herramientas como SQL Server, SSDT e iCIMS para mantener la trazabilidad completa de los procesos.
    Mejora Continua: Implementar metodologías (ej. Six Sigma) para identificar oportunidades de optimización en la calidad de los datos y la eficiencia organizacional.

    Requerimientos:
    Educación: Técnico o Tecnólogo y/o estudiante universitario mínimo 4° semestre, en análisis de datos, programación, ingeniería, matemáticas o campos relacionados
    Experiencia: Al menos 2 años de experiencia en funciones similares de análisis de datos, desarrollo de análisis de tendencias y elaboración de reportes.
    Bilingüe: Nivel de Inglés avanzado (B2 o superior) es obligatorio para este rol específico
    Habilidades: Comunicación asertiva, mentalidad orientada a soluciones, excelencia en procesos, pensamiento crítico y alfabetización de datos

    Habilidades Técnicas:
    SQL Avanzado: Experiencia experta en SQL Server (2016+), SQL Management Studio (SSMS) y SSDT (SQL Server Data Tools).
    Análisis y ETL: Conocimientos

    - Quality Standards: Ensure high-quality standards in calls, appointment scheduling, and system logging.
    - Competitive Monitoring: Report on competitor activities and external factors impacting recruitment results.

    Who You Are:
    - Education: High school graduate. University students or professionals in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
    - Experience: At least 6 months of work experience in recruitment
    - Bilingual: Advanced English level (B2 or higher) is required for this specific role.
    - Skills: Strong communication, solution-oriented mindset, process excellence, critical thinking, and an open mind.
