    As a Senior SDET, take the lead in creating sophisticated test automation strategies and frameworks. Your role includes mentoring junior team members, integrating advanced testing techniques, and working closely with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

    What you will do

    - Oversee and strategize the test automation efforts for multiple projects, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
    - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SDETs, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
    - Drive innovation in test automation and quality assurance practices.
    - Collaborate with senior management to align test automation strategies with business goals.

    What we are looking for

    - 5+ years of experience in software testing and development.
    - Strong expertise in test automation, including framework design and maintenance.
    - Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Cypress, or Java.
    - Extensive experience with various testing types (functional, integration, system, etc.).
    - Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools.
    - Demonstrated ability to lead quality assurance aspects of software projects.

  • Importante empresa del sector tecnología busca para su equipo de trabajo un(a) Product Designer con experiencia en productos digitales de alta transaccionalidad, preferiblemente en el sector público o de transporte, para diseñar experiencias intuitivas, seguras y accesibles.

    El rol implica la identificación y diseño de funcionalidades UX/UI alineadas a criterios de arquitectura, seguridad y trazabilidad, así como la validación de requisitos funcionales y no funcionales con stakeholders clave.

    ?? Responsabilidades

    1. Diseñar flujos de usuario (UX) y interfaces (UI) alineadas con lineamientos técnicos y normativos.
    2. Mapear journeys de usuario, wireframes y prototipos interactivos en Figma.
    3. Diseñar componentes reutilizables dentro de un Design System.
    4. Asegurar la accesibilidad (WCAG) y la usabilidad de los productos.
    5. Realizar pruebas con usuarios y validar diseños con áreas técnicas y funcionales.
    6. Documentar para desarrollo (handoff) y dar seguimiento a la implementación.
    7. Diseñar flujos adaptativos y conversacionales con agentes virtuales de IA para asistencia a usuarios y validadores.
    8. Participar en el diseño de procesos de validación de identidad, firma digital y trámites del sector público.
    9. Diseñar flujos seguros y auditables (e.g. CRC, CEA, CIA), orientados a mayor adopción y reducción de errores de captura.
    10. Analizar métricas de uso para iterar y mejorar continuamente el producto.

    ? Requisitos

    - 3 a 5 años de experiencia en diseño de producto digital.
    - 2+ años en proyectos GovTech o productos de alta transaccionalidad.
    - Experiencia en diseño de trámites públicos, validación de identidad y componentes de seguridad digital.
    - Dominio de Figma y herramientas de prototipado.
    - Conocimiento en sistemas de diseño y diseño accesible (WCAG).
    - Experiencia en pruebas de usabilidad y UX research.
    - Handoff a desarrollo y documentación técnica.
