Brand Operations Associate — Japan Printing & Graphics

We are a premium print company based in New York CIty. We are looking for a high-level Brand Operations Associate to manage new client relationships from first contact through delivery, maintain our CRM pipeline with precision, and support the onboarding of corporate clients into our brand portal.

This is not just a task-execution role; we are looking for a strategic thinker who proactively seeks ways to improve our processes and contribute to our company’s growth.

What we’re looking for:
-Excellent written and spoken English — Non-negotiable. You will be communicating with high-level executives.
-Background in Marketing or Digital Communications — Experience in a client-facing agency role.
-CRM Mastery — Experience managing or administering a CRM (Go High Level, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) is essential.
-Digitally Fluent — Quick to learn new software platforms and comfortable working across multiple tools.
-Autonomy & Reliability — Organized and detail-oriented. You must be able to deliver excellence without being micromanaged.
-Must own a Mac computer — This is a firm requirement for our workflow.
-Growth Mindset — You don’t just follow a checklist; you look for ways to make the checklist better.
