C++ Developer (Remote / English B2+)

We are seeking a C++ Developer with strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, memory management, and the Standard Template Library (STL). The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications. This role operates in a highly collaborative environment with global teams, so English proficiency (B2 or higher) is essential for technical communication and interaction with our U.S.-based client.

This is a full-time, 100% remote position offering a competitive salary and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
Code Development: Write, debug, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code.
Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues; propose and implement solutions under the guidance of senior developers.
Design & Architecture: Contribute to the design and evolution of high-performance applications.
Documentation: Create and update clear and structured technical documentation, primarily in English.
Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, planning sessions, and team meetings following agile methodologies.
Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with modern C++ standards (C++11/14/17/20) and industry best practices.
Global Teamwork: Communicate effectively with distributed teams across different time zones.


Requirements

Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of:

- C++ syntax and advanced concepts (4 years of experienced)
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Memory management
- Standard Template Library (STL)
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Familiarity with collaborative development processes and agile practices.

Language Skills:
- Intermediate–upper English level (B2 or higher):
- Ability to read and understand complex technical documentation.
- Ability to participate in work-related conversations with global teams.
