Position: Logistic Specialist
Job modality: On-site (Monday to Friday)
Location: 70% Warehouse (Funza) 30% Office (Plaza Claro building)

Requirements: More than 2 years of experience as Logistic Specialist, experience working with big companies and English Level Advanced (B2 - C1). Able to work in warehouse located in Funza.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate Shipment Planning, plan and schedule shipments, optimize Shipping routes to minimize transit times and costs, carrier Management – International Logistics , collaborate with carriers and freight forwarders for domestic and international shipments (Air ground and ocean shipping methods supporting both warehouse locations), Tracking international air and sea transport operations, Work with the Delivery Team to ensure accurate and on-time order processing, Work closely with fulfillment centers to resolve any shipping or inventory issues.

Documentation And compliance:
Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation including customs paperwork for international Shipments Review and confirmation of documents in accordance with Colombian customs regulations, Review and approve DTM of weekly operations
