The Role
As a Junior Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. This is a highly modern, digital sales role where social selling and digital networking are at the core of what we do. Armed with top-tier tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce, you will identify key decision-makers, build genuine connections, and expand our market presence from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
• Targeted Prospecting: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research, identify, and map out key decision-makers and prospective clients.
• Outbound Engagement: Reach out to prospective clients via personalized LinkedIn messaging, email, and phone to introduce Eclipsos solutions.
• Data & CRM Management: Log all activities, track leads, and manage your pipeline efficiently using Salesforce.
• Relationship Building: Nurture early-stage leads by establishing trust and maintaining a warm, professional rapport.
• Pipeline Generation: Successfully qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for the senior sales team.
Who You Are
• Education: Required: Bachelor's degree completed . Highly preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.
• Active LinkedIn Presence: You already have an established, professional, and complete LinkedIn profile. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a major plus, but a strong willingness to master it is essential.
• Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Extremely comfortable navigating digital platforms. While direct experience with Salesforce (or another major CRM) is highly valued, a proven ability to learn new software quickly is a must.
• Natural Communicator: You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of empathy, active listening, and emotional intelligence.
• Fluent in English: Since we operate internationally, a strong professional command of English (both spoken and written) is required.
• Self-Motivated: You are organized, disciplined, and thrive in an autonomous, remote working environment.
