Mobile QA Engineer

About the Role

We’re building a high-impact mobile engineering team in Bogotá, focused on delivering world-class quality and reliability across mobile applications.

As a Mobile QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless user experiences across iOS and Android platforms, helping prevent issues before they reach production and driving continuous improvement in testing practices.

**What You’ll Do
- Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing for mobile applications
- Test across multiple iOS and Android devices and OS versions
- Partner closely with developers to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects
- Validate bug fixes and ensure release readiness
- Maintain clear, structured, and detailed defect documentation
- Promote a quality-first mindset throughout the development lifecycle

**What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on mobile applications
- Hands-on experience testing iOS and Android apps
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing strategies, and best practices
- Strong English skills (written and verbal)

**Nice to Have
- Exposure to mobile test automation tools
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
- Background in testing performance, stability, or scalability of mobile apps
