Translate data into clear insights, recommendations, and actions that drive growth
Partner with Product, Sales, and Content teams to support acquisition, retention, and referral initiatives
Ensure marketing efforts are tightly connected to revenue, pipeline, and business impact
Requirements
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or similar roles
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience managing budgets, metrics, and ROI
Proven experience owning both strategy and execution across paid acquisition channels
Experience with experimentation frameworks and performance measurement
Hands-on experience with analytics and attribution tools (e.g. GA4, dashboards, attribution platforms)
Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to work in fast-moving environments
Advanced English level (C1 or higher) is mandatory
What We Offer

Flexible time-off policy
Collaborative, performance-driven work culture
Exposure to international teams and stakeholders
Opportunity to make a visible and measurable impact on company growth
