Requirements
Must to have:
Senior-level experience as an SAP SCM MM/WM Consultant, providing expert guidance in implementation and AMS support engagements.
Extensive hands-on experience with SAP MM and WM modules in complex business environments.
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
Proven experience in AMS support, incident resolution, and SLA management.
Ability to act as L2/L3 support and primary escalation point for complex MM/WM-related issues.
Advanced knowledge of MM configuration, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), purchase requisitions, purchase orders, release strategies, and vendor master data.
Advanced knowledge of WM configuration, including warehouse structure, storage types, storage bins, putaway and picking strategies, and transfer orders.
Experience defining and managing inventory management processes such as goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, and consignment.
Strong integration knowledge across SAP modules, including SD, PP, FI/CO, and EWM.
Experience conducting business workshops and translating business requirements into SAP MM/WM solutions.
Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting skills.
Experience supporting data migration activities and validating material, vendor, and stock data.
Ability to prepare and execute unit, integration, and UAT testing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with business users and technical teams.
Ability to mentor junior consultants and guide them in configuration and AMS support activities.
Knowledge of system governance, documentation standards, and continuous improvement practices.
Knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry is a plus.

Responsibilities
Design, configure, and optimize SAP MM and WM processes to support procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations.
Ensure seamless integration of MM/WM with SD, PP, FI/CO, and EWM modules.
Lead L2/L3 AMS support activities, resolving incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions to prevent recurring incidents.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex MM/WM support issues, maintaining ownership until resolution.
Conduct workshops with business users to gather requirements and analyze business processes.
Identify process gaps and propose system enhancements or custom developments.
Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and support development teams during implementation.
Lead and support testing activities, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Support data migration efforts and validate system readiness post-migration.
Provide post-go-live AMS support and proactively monitor system performance.
Optimize warehouse and inventory processes to improve operational efficiency and stability.
Document configurations, process flows, incident resolutions, and support procedures.
Deliver end-user and AMS team training, including preparation of training materials.
Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to ensure solution alignment.
