At Alianza Team, we are looking for a Senior Researcher to lead research, development, and innovation projects, connecting science, technology, and business needs to create solutions and new opportunities with sustainable impact.

PURPOSE OF THE ROL
To manage and propose innovation programs based on scientific and technological exploration, ensuring their execution, technology transfer, and intellectual property protection.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Lead innovation and R&D&I projects and programs, ensuring proper planning, execution, and follow-up.
- Identify and manage public and private funding sources to secure resources for strategic projects.
- Define and coordinate collaborative execution schemes (networks/partnerships), participating in negotiations and formalizing agreements.
- Lead scientific exploration and technology scouting, as well as the technology transfer of projects.
- Identify and structure new business opportunities derived from science, technology, and market insights, presenting opportunity assessments.
- Make decisions related to intellectual property, ensuring the protection and value capture of innovations.

REQUIREMENTS
- PhD in Chemical Engineering or Food Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in research projects, preferably within the food industry.
- Knowledge of research methodologies, statistics, and food technology.
- Advanced English proficiency.
