Senior sap sd/dsd consultant

Requirements
Must to have:
More than 6 years of experience with SAP ECC 6.0 / S/4HANA in the SD and DSD modules.
Experience with pricing, invoicing, credit management, ATP, shipments, and customer/vendor master data.
Experience with DSD (Direct Store Delivery): routing, VLP, settlements, handheld devices, and secondary distribution.
Integrations with PI/PO, B2BI, Ariba, and legacy systems.
Desirable experience with CO-PA, FI-AR, MM, and TM.
Familiarity with AMS and ITIL frameworks (incident/change management).

Responsibilities
Provide functional and operational support for the SAP SD and DSD modules within the AMS model.
Address and resolve incidents, changes, and requests in accordance with ITIL.
Ensure compliance with response and resolution SLAs during the stabilization phase.
Coordinate with the OTC Gatekeeper and participate in 24/7 support shifts according to the matrix.
Analyze and document solutions for billing, pricing, deliveries, settlements, routing, returns, and field processes.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation.
Collaborate closely with the RTR, MM, PI/PO, B2Bi, and Ariba teams for a comprehensive solution.
Participate in post-mortems and document lessons learned.

Required Languages:
Advanced English (80-95%) (interaction with teams and users in the US)

Job location(s):
Remote, Colombia.
Availability to work under the Mexican calendar and schedule.
