?? Location: Bogota
?? Contract duration: Temporary – 3 to 6 months, depending on hiring volume
?? Salary range: COP $3.5M to $5M (based on experience)
At Capgemini Colombia, we’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team, preferably with a background in Telecom, Connectivity, and Technical Support roles. Advanced English is required.
?? Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT/BPO recruitment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
?? Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Source and screen candidates for technical and support roles
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical assessments
Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Support recruitment events and maintain talent pipelines
Ensure timely follow-up and documentation in ATS
