El diseñador gráfico sénior se desempeña como líder de diseño para propuestas de ventas y materiales orientados al cliente, especializándose en documentos impresos extensos (100+ páginas). Este rol implica administrar proyectos de diseño desde
la concepción hasta la finalización, asegurando materiales profesionales visualmente atractivos y alineados con los requisitos del cliente. El puesto exige un alto nivel de experiencia en Adobe Creative Suite, atención al detalle y la capacidad de cumplir con plazos estrictos en un entorno acelerado y de alta presión.
Lo que buscamos:
- 3 años de experiencia diseño grafico en el sector editorial (Preferiblemente)
-técnico, tecnólogo o profesional en diseño o carreras administrativas (Lo que cuenta es la actitud)
- Dominio de nivel experto en Adobe InDesign, con experiencia en hojas de estilo, páginas principales y plantillas.
- Dominio de Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop y Acrobat.
- Preferiblemente experiencia con medios interactivos (revistas digitales, PDF interactivos).

Creación Piezas gráficas digitales, ATL, BTL y generación de conceptos creativos a partir de brief institucional. Portafolio comprobable con piezas multiformato (web, redes, impresos, branding, video y motion graphics).

Nos encontramos en la busqueda de un Director de Marketing y marca, con especialización/ maestría en áreas afines donde su misión principal será la de Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de marketing y la imagen de la marca, asegurando que estén alineadas con los objetivos de la empresa y las tendencias del mercado. Su trabajo incluye desde la investigación de mercado y análisis de la competencia hasta la gestión de campañas publicitarias, eventos, redes sociales y relaciones públicas.

Funciones principales:
Desarrollo de estrategias:
Diseñar y ejecutar planes de marketing que impulsen la marca y los productos textiles, identificando oportunidades de mercado y definiendo objetivos claros.
Gestión de marca:
Construir y mantener la imagen de la marca, asegurando una comunicación consistente y atractiva en todos los canales.
Investigación de mercado:
Analizar el mercado textil, identificando tendencias, necesidades de los consumidores y estrategias de la competencia.
Gestión de campañas:
Supervisar y coordinar campañas publicitarias, promociones y acciones de marketing en diferentes canales.
Gestión de redes sociales y marketing de contenidos:
Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de marketing digital para conectar con los clientes a través de redes sociales, blogs y otros contenidos.
Organización de eventos:
Planificar y ejecutar eventos como desfiles, showrooms y ferias, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, para promocionar la marca y los productos.
Relaciones públicas:
Gestionar la comunicación con los medios, influencers y otros actores clave para generar interés y visibilidad para la marca.
Análisis de resultados:
Evaluar el impacto de las campañas y acciones de marketing, midiendo el retorno de la inversión y realizando ajustes necesarios para optimizar los resultados.

Buscamos Coordinador(a) de Comunicaciones para una organización gremial del sector solidario. El/la profesional será responsable de diseñar y liderar la estrategia de comunicación y de marca, articulando acciones que visibilicen el impacto del cooperativismo en las comunidades locales. Responsabilidades
1. Impulsar el reconocimiento del sector cooperativo en Antioquia como actor del desarrollo económico y social.
2. Fortalecer la integración cooperativa mediante la fidelización de cooperativas asociadas y la atracción de nuevas aliadas para potenciar el sector.
3. Gestión de medios y relaciones públicas, incluyendo plataformas digitales, e interlocución con entidades del sector y medios locales.
4. Apoyar procesos internos de la asociación, colaborando en comunicación interna, eventos y coordinación con equipos multidisciplinarios.
5. Elaborar informes, cronogramas, bases de datos y reportes de gestión.
Perfil requerido
-. Título profesional en Comunicación Social, Periodismo, o afines.
-. Conocimiento en el sector solidario/cooperativismo, y experiencia comprobable relacionada.
-. Indispensable conocimiento en educación para el cooperativismo y la economía solidaria.
-. Experiencia de 2 años como comunicador/a en empresas

-. Habilidades destacadas en redacción, creatividad, interlocución con medios, gestión de redes y análisis de métricas.
