Analista de monitoreo junior (medellin)

Requirements
Must have:
· Experiencie Monitoring of Windows and Linux OS environments
· Basic SAP system monitoring and alert interpretation
· Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticket documentation
· Understanding of job scheduling tools (e.g., Redwood, Control-M, cron)
· Basic troubleshooting using predefined run books
· Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
Nice to have:
· Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for log and alert checks
· Exposure to cloud monitoring (e.g., AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor)
· Knowledge of ITSM processes and incident management
· Familiarity with application logs and performance metrics

Responsibilities:
· 24x7 monitoring of infrastructure, applications and scheduled jobs
· Detect and triage alerts; initiate runbook-based actions
· Document and update incidents accurately in ServiceNow
· Escalate issues following incident handling procedures
· Collaborate with peers and communicate effectively with support teams
