Support regional initiatives by accompanying the planning and execution, along with measuring indicators and KPIs of the different areas of the IT Vice Presidency.
Responsibilities:
· Monitoring IT initiatives in the region.
· Consolidating and tracking KPIs and indicators of IT projects and initiatives.
· Ensuring documentation tracking when assigned to manage a project under the supervision of a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
· Handling operational requirements of the PMO and IT (Purchase orders, help desk requests, among others).
· Creating reports/formats and ensuring their accurate completion.
· Verifying data and information for regional and/or global reports.
· Supporting audits in the region.
· Conducting follow-up meetings with various areas involved in IT operations.
· Leading continuous process improvement projects within IT.
· Performing and consolidating travel expense control.
Requirements:
· Engineer: industrial, systems, electronic, or related fields.
· Minimum 2 year in a project management, documentation, processes, or related role.
· Knowledge in Project Management under PMI® methodologies or Agile Methodologies.
· Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Project Office.
· B1 level English.
