Descripción del cargo

Contributes to the overall success of the Office of the President. Ensures the smooth functioning of daily operations through meeting coordination, invoice and expense management, travel planning, and administrative support.

Is this role right for you? In this position, you will:
• Promote a client-focused culture to strengthen relationships and leverage the Bank’s broader relationships, systems, and knowledge.
• Provide high-level administrative support to the Office of the President, requiring discretion, confidentiality, a solid understanding of technical and business terminology, and detailed knowledge of the organization’s operations, procedures, and key individuals.
• Gather, compile, verify, and analyze information for the Executive’s use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations, and communications.
• Carry out tasks using independent judgment and discretion—for example, preparing documents and presentations; screening and responding to correspondence, requests, and calls; drafting letters; organizing and attending meetings; taking and distributing minutes.
• Monitor, review, and approve standard expenses to ensure office activities remain within established budgets. Manage variance analysis and ensure monthly alignment.
• Manage travel arrangements.

Do you have the skills to succeed in this role?
• Good knowledge of business/banking terminology and departmental procedures.
• High level of discretion required for confidential matters.
• Administrative or relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Spanish and English.

In addition to Spanish, the incumbent must also have sufficient proficiency in English, as the job involves regular interaction and collaboration with groups and individuals based in Canada, as well as constant interaction with other individuals—including clients—who communicate in English, locally and elsewhere.
